RETURNS & REFUNDS
This return policy does not apply to products purchased directly through a distributor.
All sales are FINAL at Tradeshows.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase. All items will be refunded at the purchased price minus shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, a notification of approval or rejection will be email.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping charges on returns.
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective mail the product back to us for an exchange of the same item and include a copy of the original packing slip.
- Product Returns for a refund must be unused, unopened and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Refunds will be issued minus the shipping fee.
- Please fill out the contact form on our website, provide us with a brief description of why you are returning the product and include your name, address, telephone number and email address so we can contact you if we have questions.

Your experience with Dr. Kronic’s is important to us. If you find the product didn’t meet your expectations and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the bottle minus shipping. You must submit a claim form within 5 days from receiving the order, with a valid proof of purchase. Product must be less than half used.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
We take pride in customer satisfaction. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 3 days. Please contact us using the contact form on the website and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within the time.
